PIV TRACKING

There are a variety of tracking methods which may be used to track the particles. Some examples of tracking methods include, PTV cross correlation tracking to track a group pattern of particles through two sequential frames,  Multi-frame PTV tracking to track a single particle through 4 or more frames, Spring Model tracking to track a group of particles through two sequential frames, and PIV tracking to track portions of an image between two sequential frames. Other tracking methods include, the use of neural networks, genetic algorithms, fuzzy logic, etc...

There are a variety of tracking algorithms, including multi-frame tracking methods,  cross correlation tracking methods, and neural network techniques
